DOL-MAK began its journey in 1976 under the name VARDAL TİCARET. Following its corporate restructuring, the company has continued its operations as DOL-MAK A.Ş. since 1985, steadily strengthening its position through increased production capacity and continuously developing technological solutions.

In addition to serial production, DOL-MAK designs and manufactures custom-made machinery and equipment in line with specific customer requirements. Industrial Mixers

Can be designed many kinds of process vessels, mixers, reactors and tanks to meet the special needs of many industries (chemical, cosmetic, food). Can be designed with high or low speed motor driven, with reducers depending on the mixing action with disperser, emulsifier, homogenizer or anchor type agitator systems. Can be designed with either single jacket or multiple jackets depending on mixing process. All materials in contact with the product are made of 304, 316 and 316L quality stainless steel. Jackets can be designed for heating-cooling with water, steam, heat transfer fluids or electric heaters. Supplied with leg support, wheeled, load-cell mounted or shell mounted brackets. Supplied with in any required sizes and tonn ages for any required mixing and storage action.

Portable Mixers DHSM-I (Triple Shaft Portable Mixer)

Consist of three independently driven agitators including an anchor type frequency-controlled agitator and a high-speed rotor-stator propeller and a saw-toothed disperser system. Hydraulic system up and down movement ability for mixing parts. There are scrapers made of teflon around outside of the anchor type agitator system which can scrape the inner wall of the vessel. The machine has multiple functions, like heating, cooling and vacuuming. The whole mixing process can be done in vacuum condition so that the mixed product will not produce air bubbles. All materials in contact with the product are made of 304, 316 and 316L quality stainless steel. Jackets can be designed for heating-cooling with water, steam, heat transfer fluids or electric heaters. Jackets can be designed with either single zone or multiple zones depending on process. Safety limit switches prevent operation of agitator drives when the agitators are raised. 62,5, 125, 250, 500 liters capacitied models are available.

Portable Mixers DPSM-I Planetary Mixer

Consist of a counter-rotating anchor type frequency-controlled agitator and a highspeed rotor-stator propeller. The outer blades rotate clockwise and the inner blades rotate counter clockwise. Hydraulic system up and down movement ability for mixing parts. There are scrapers made of teflon around outside of the anchor type agitator system which can scrape the inner wall of the vessel. The machine has multiple functions, like heating, cooling and vacuuming. The whole mixing process can be done in vacuum condition so that the mixed product will not produce air bubbles. Automatic Filling Capping Labelling Machine

Full automatic, volumetric, pneumatic filling machine fills fluids with or without viscosity in glass and plastic bottles, jars and cans. It can be manufactured with 2-4-6 nozzles depending on the capacity of the product to be filled. All materials in contact with the product are made of 304 or 316 quality stainless steel. Filling settings can be made easily from the touch control panel. The volumetric grammage setting, conveyor speed and closing star speed can be adjusted from the touch control panel. Touch control panel settings section can be encrypted. Optionally, it can make bottom filling. The bottles that move on the conveyor belt are capped around the star. Then, labeling is done in the double side sitcker labeling machine and collected in the bottle collecting turntable ready for packaging. It provides easy installation to external and production line.

Pneumatic Stainless-Steel Filling Machines - PPD – 1000

Semi automatic, volumetric, pneumatic filling machine fills fluids with or without viscosity in glass and plastic bottles, jars and cans. Foot pedal control or automatic working ability. Pneumatic Cream Filling Machine

Pneumatic Quadruple Filling Machine

PSD – 1000 (PVC) Yarı otomatik, 4 fanuslu, likit dolum makinası. Viskozitesiz mamüllerin dolumu için idealdir. Üzerinde 20 litrelik şamandıralı deposu mevcuttur. Weight System Filling Machines

DTD – 200 Semi-automatic, with nozzles, liquid filling machine. It is suitable for filling products with or without viscosity. Weight operated filling machine can be designed in the range of 5 liter to 200 liter according to customer demand. It has digital control panel with automatic tare control and emergency stop button for additional safety. The machine is completely made of stainless steel.

Pressfilter Straining Machine

PF – 40 Pressfilter straining machine is manufactured two sizes which are 20 x 20 cm or 40 x 40 cm. There are 8 stainless steel plates, 6 of them are intermediate plates. According to customer demand, numbers of steel plate can be decreased or increased. It is equipped with a stainless steel pump motor. The pump can also be used to circulate. The straining capacity varies according to the fluidity, amount of sediment and the environment in which it is prepared.

Stainless Steel Sieve Filter

The straining boiler’s size is 43 x 75 cm. There are 4 pcs stainless steel sieve wire cartridges. (80, 125, 150, 200 mesh / cm2) The straining boiler has wheels at bottom which it can easily moves around. Straining process is provided by the gravity of the product to be filtered. According to customer demand, the pump can be applied.

Powder And Dough Mixers

Can be designed many kinds of Cubic and V type powder mixers and dough mixers xindustries (chemical, cosmetic, food). The Cubic and V type blenders can be equipped with a special internal disintegrating or dispersing element to provide rapid mixing and blending. The Cubic and V type blenders are suited for blending of all dry free flowing materials. Blending process is being done in a closed completely dust-free stainless-steel vessel. Can be designed with perfume or liquid raw material spraying depending on mixing process. All materials in contact with the product are made of 304, 316 and 316L quality stainless steel.

Industrial R.O. Systems

DLRO Reverse Osmos is the general name given to the processes of demineralizing or deionizing water by applying force under low pressure to the semipermeable Reverse Osmosis membrane. Water treatment with Reverse Osmosis is the most sensitive membrane filtration method especially for systems requiring high purity water. If necessary, sand filter, carbon filter, water softening device should be installed before Reverse osmosis device and reverse osmosis device should be given water after pretreatment. It is used to remove salts, pollutants and other foreign substances in the water.

Softeners Systems

DYSP Water softening systems; It is used to soften the water and remove lime by removing the Ca and Mg ions in the water. The cationic resin in the system prevents the formation of limestone formed by the calcium and magnesium minerals in the water by sticking to each other. Full capacitied resin column cleans itself with the regeneration solution (NaCl) previously prepared. The waste water generated during cleaning is removed from the system. This process is completely automatic. According to the amount of water to be used, it is important to calculate the mineral and tank selection correctly. Includes float-proof polyethylene salt tank against overflow.

Konveyor ve Bantlar - BK 600

Konveyör bantlar profil veya köşebent üzeri paslanmaz çelik sac kaplı imal edilmektedir. Taşıyacağı yüke ve boya göre dizayn edilebilir. Seri imalat esnasında proses akışı açısından çok kullanışlıdır. Müşteri talebine göre kapak kapatma makinası montajlı olarakta imal edilebilir. Redüktör, motorludur.

Closing Machines

PK-V: Screw type caps are closed by turning by means of separate moulds. It stops automatically after closed. It can be adjustable depending on the bottle height. Pneumatic, foot pedal controlled and adjustable closing torque. VK-P: Valve crimping, valves are closed by crimping on the bottle. Pneumatic, foot pedal controlled. It can be adjustable depending on the bottle height. TK-G: Press on caps are closed by pressing after settled on the bottle which will be closed. It can be adjustable depending on the bottle height. Pneumatic, foot pedal controlled. AK-T: Aluminum tube bending, bends the back side of the tubes by hand after filled. Bending process can be done a few times as requested. Pneumatic, foot pedal controlled.

Homogenizers - DHJ – 1500

Homogenizers - DHJ – 1500 As the product passes through the gears, it is cut, shredded and crushed. In this way, homogeneous mixing of the ingredients in the product is ensured. The engine power of the homogenizers is 2800 rpm. All materials in contact with the product are made of 304 or 316 quality stainless steel. Water Cooling Systems

Chillers Our complementary equipment, which is 100% domestic production, can be customized for your needs. It is delivered in the specified time without any problems. Chillers Water Cooling Systems with Chiller are used to cool the water used for cooling the machines and bring them to the desired operating temperature. In chiller systems, heat exchangers are used between chiller and device to protect the circuit and devices. The package system maximizes cooling performance. According to customer demand, it could be supplied if the needed while the plant setup phase, with the machines.
